Payments, Trials and FAQ's

GFKA Academy: Your Information

 

Please inform us of any medical conditions your child may have and ensure that any required medication or medical devices are brought to our courses.  

 

It is essential that your emergency contact details and your child’s information are up to date when booking.  

 

If your child requires additional support, you must notify us prior to booking so we can discuss how best to accommodate their needs and advise on the suitability of our classes. Our aim is to make the Academy accessible to all wherever possible. Should your child have specific needs, you may opt for a paid trial session, during which we will provide feedback and discuss their suitability for future classes. Please note, we are unable to offer one-to-one support.  

 

Your personal details and those of your child will only be used by GFKA staff and will not be shared with third parties.

Please see below for the following terms and conditions:

1)

1 FREE trial class are only available to NEW children.

If you have been with us in the past, you can book directly onto the class via our monthly payments​.

2)​​

After your trial you are given first refusal on your space! 

If you loved your trial class and wish to join us, you will be given first refusal on your space by an email invitation. We offer 48hrs to make a decision before your space is given away to the next child on our waiting list.

3)

Joining GFKA Academy following a FREE Trial: Payment for the remaining sessions after your Trial will be added to your first month's payment, which will be scheduled for the 1st of the month following your trial.

4) 

Access to classes if payment fails

Should your payment fail on 1st of the month, you will not be able to access your child's class until we have received payment. Payment usually fails due to our customers having a new bank card which they need to update. The system will message you when your payment fails and will include a link to make a payment immediately.  

 

Please note: your monthly fee will still be due in full even if you miss a class because you have not been able to pay on time.

Sibling Discounts

We offer a 10% sibling discount on 2nd child monthly bookings with us. Once your subscription is activated by you putting your card details in, we will automatically update your subscription price to include your discounted plan with 2 or more children.

6)

Membership Policy Cancellation - 1 Month

If you cancel during the month your last payment will be the 1st of the next month. All cancellations requests MUST be sent to payments@goal-fest.co.uk

•This will trigger a 4 week notice period

• Any final payment to us will be pro rated for any classes during your notice period which have not yet been paid for (usually happens if part of the notice period rolls into the following month)

• If any final payment needs to be made, we will charge your card after confirming your final class date with us and then cancel your subscription so no further payments are taken.

Debt Recovery

Should you be in breach of these payment terms and conditions and after all communication with you has failed, your details and the matter will be escalated to a debt recovery agency to recoup any amounts due to us. Goal-Fest Kicks  Ltd will not be liable for any losses that you face, and all debt recovery is handled directly by a third party debt recovery company.

Failure to  make payment on the advertised payment date on your invoice will incur late payment charge of £10.00. â€‹â€‹

8)

One Off Membership / Your Kit

After you have enjoyed your two trial classes, and wish to join our classes on a weekly basis, there is an optional one off membership fee of £30.00 to pay that includes your child's very own GFKA Academy kit. Please email football@goal-fest.co.uk with your child's clothing size. Delivery can take up to 2 weeks and will be given to you at your child's class.

Class Cancellations

If GFKA cancel a class for any reason, we will offer an alternative day or issue a refund where this may not be possible. A email will be sent to your chosen email at the earliest opportunity before your childs session.

10)

Payments Remain The Same Each Month

Your monthly price is an average of all of the classes in the year. For example some months have 5 sessions, others have 4. The minimum number of classes in a month is 2 which usually happens in April.

The price always remains the same as this is the most economical way of running our payments
